  • All of our adults to receive CPD, and teachers Performance Management, which supports their on going professional development and improves outcomes for children.
  • To build meaningful links with schools elsewhere in the UK so we have a broader view of the communities that make up our society and we can share with them what makes our school unique. This is in work.
  • To enhance our school environment by a phased process of redecoration, displays and resources. This is in work.
  • To re-design and update our school web site, enhancing its features, making it more user friendly, creating a new virtual learning environment. Now you can follow us on Twitter.

Our new SLT team members will have clear roles to improve the school. We will re-emphasise our values, ethos and “brand”. This is in work.
  • To ensure our curriculum engages our children and matches what they need. To involve our children where possible in its design. To offer hands on learning to our pupils and families on and off site. To share our plans with stakeholders via our web site.

    • Ask me what I want to learn.
